This Digital Delivery Policy explains how products purchased on https://famousbattles.online/ (the "Website") are delivered. The Website is operated by LT Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") under the brand name Famous Battles. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
All of our products are digital. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.
2. Products and Format
We sell illustrated historical eBooks in PDF format, in English. The details of each eBook, including its format and page count, are shown on its product page.
3. How Delivery Works
After your payment through Stripe or PayPal has been successfully processed and confirmed, we provide access to your eBook through a download link or another electronic delivery method. Delivery details are provided after payment confirmation, on screen and/or by email to the address you entered at checkout.
4. Delivery Timing
In most cases, access to your eBook is provided shortly after your payment is confirmed. Delivery may be delayed if a payment requires additional verification or time to clear, or because of a temporary technical issue.

5. Download Access
Download links may be subject to time or download limits. If any limits apply, they will be stated in the delivery message. We recommend that you download and save a copy of your eBook as soon as you receive it.
If a download link has expired or no longer works, contact us and we will provide a new link at no additional charge, subject to verification of your purchase.
6. Technical Requirements
To receive and read your eBook, you need:
- an internet connection to download the file;
- a device such as a computer, tablet, or phone;
- a standard PDF reader.
No special application is required. Once saved, the PDF can be read offline. Our eBooks are provided in PDF format only, and other file formats are not available.
7. Delivery Problems
If you did not receive your eBook or cannot open the file, please:
- check your spam, junk, or promotions folder;
- confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct;
- contact us with the eBook title, the email address used at checkout, and your order or payment reference, if available.
We will investigate and provide working access, a replacement file, or the correct title. If the problem cannot be resolved, you will be eligible for a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Incorrect Email Address
You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible from the email address you intended to use. After verifying your purchase, we will send the eBook to the correct address.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Because eBooks are delivered electronically, refunds are not provided for a change of mind after an eBook has been delivered or made available for download. Refunds for non-delivery, defective or incorrect files, and other eligible situations, as well as any statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
